Strict "HK" Validation for PNR Import, Manual Refresh (ST-3240)
Added configurable validation to block PNR import, and refresh when air segments are not all in the allowed confirmed status.
Overwrite all segments In Kaptio on PNR Import or Refresh (Manual or Auto) (ST-3273)
When refreshing a PNR from RightRez, Kaptio will now correctly detect and apply ticket status changes as part of the refresh process. Previously, a missing or blank ticket status could inadvertently overwrite the existing value on the PNR record. With this fix, ticket status is only updated when a valid new value is present, and any change in ticket status is now surfaced to agents in the before/after summary screen, ensuring nothing is applied without visibility. This improves data integrity between Kaptio and Travelport during both manual and automated PNR refreshes.
Bug Fixes
After a guest with Air/imported PNR is cancelled from both package and flights, not removed from the Flights tab, but removed from passenger tab (ST-3193)
Fixed Flights tab still listing cancelled or lapsed guests after change occupancy and PNR cancellation; passenger grid now respects cancelled and lapsed state.
After the PNR is ticketed, it is not displaying on UI even when import shows Ticket (ST-3197)
Ticket status after PNR refresh updates to reflect Ticketed when applicable.
